Mediators, arbitrators and negotiators use the platform as a “Professional account”. You must agree to offer one free hour per month of assistance to all Trokt (UK) Silver, Gold and Platinum customers and provide an acceptable professional code of conduct.

The “Professional” account with Trokt UK enables:

  • Your clients to input files and notes using the Trokt Tracker app on their phone or a web form from any computer.
  • Uploaded documents are kept confidential until you decide who can see them to maintain procedural fairness.
  • Your clients to track any changes to the process and be sent email alerts to keep them fully updated
  • Create, negotiate and agree settlement agreement. (In addition to face-to-face or video call connectivity)
  • Provides for secure and time sensitive document uploading and sharing.
  • Request to be included in the professional listing of ADR and ODRs. (You must agree to Trokt code of conduct and have a Professional account)
